I have been selling Real Estate on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for 23 years full-time. I started out with Midgett Realty in Avon in the fall of 1998, and began my own company The Head Agency with the help of my wife Julia in the fall of 2000, which became Century 21 The Head Agency in 2005. In July of 2103 we embarked to return to our roots, of being a small boutique firm that specializes in helping you fulfill your dreams of a beach home or investment property. With these years of experience it allows me to use my skills to guide buyers and sellers through this tedious process of owning or selling on the Outer Banks.

We take pride in offering unbiased professional advice when it comes to the rental side of your investment. We have built relationships with each property management firm and make recommendations based on each individual property.
