Vicki Lynne Langhel

Vicki grew up in Western Pennsylvania in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. She has been in sales and customer service most of her adult life. Being introduced to the ocean at a young age by way of the beautiful, serene, sandy beaches of the Outer Banks and vacationing there for many years it didn’t take long to decide that this was where she wanted to eventually call home, so in 2007, off the edge she stepped and made a run for it landing on Hatteras Island. Professionally she continued do what she knew best, care for and serve others, first in the vacation rental industry assisting visitors through customer service and then moving on to business development to assist non-resident property owners with their vacation rental management needs. Having been a licensed NC Realtor going on 15 years now Vicki has decided to join the sales team at Colony Realty and devote herself entirely to the sales side of things helping others realize their dream of owning property in the Outer Banks as well as helping her many local friends and neighbors through the process of listing and selling their properties should the need ever arise.

Residing in the beautiful subdivision of Brigand’s Bay in the village of Frisco on Hatteras Island, in her spare time you will find her enjoying the wonderfully simple things the Outer Banks has to offer, kayaking, biking, watching the sun rise and set, walking the dog, star gazing, beachcombing, body boarding, and the list goes on.
