Nicole graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, she moved to Hatteras Island and started her career in property management with a vacation rental company. Shortly after starting her career, she decided to further her education in property management and in real estate by getting licensed as a REALTOR/ Broker. In August of 2020, she joined the Colony Realty team as a property manager but has now transitioned into working in our sales department. In her free time you will find her hanging with her dogs on the beach or reading!
