Kristian earned her degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Western Carolina University. After relocating to Hatteras Island in 1997, she has made it her home, raising her own family in the picturesque area. Kristian initiated her journey into the real estate realm as a Transaction Coordinator, focusing on buyer transactions. Through her hands-on experience with the entire contract-to-close process, she seamlessly transitioned into her role as a Broker. With a wealth of knowledge about the Outer Banks, Kristian, backed by a dedicated team, ensures a seamless and successful real estate transaction for her clients.
