My name is Bonnie Rowe and I am a Broker with Colony Realty Corporation and also a practicing Paramedic. I began my real estate career on the Outer Banks in 1990 and have worked diligently to build and foster relationships with my clients while focusing on the delivery of excellent customer service and attention to detail. As a native of Dare County, I enjoy sharing local knowledge with those interested in becoming a part of our community.

I grew up in Manteo NC and upon graduating from Manteo High School decided to pursue a career in the real estate industry alongside my mother, an accomplished real estate agent herself. I started my career on Hatteras Island which is where I subsequently relocated, settled and started a family.

In 2016 a rekindled interest in public service through my father's brief battle with cancer prompted me to pursue an education in Emergency Medicine. I obtained my NC Paramedic credential and work in Dare County, the county that will forever hold my heart.

I enjoy travel, music and fitness. I am a member of the Rescue Squad and teach CPR and First Aid classes to our community. I am the proud owner of an amazing gym in Frisco, The Fort Strength and Fitness.

I am a native with deep roots in our community and our family heritage and welcome an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with you as you explore the beautiful Outer Banks and all we have to offer!
