Casey Cohen

Born and raised in western Pennsylvania I've always had a fascination and passion to travel. That vision I knew would eventually take me out of my small town roots. I believe the small town environment encouraged my creativity and passion to become an audio engineer that eventually led to my own recording studio as well as doing marketing for professional audio companies that brought me through some of the biggest commercial studios in America.

Along this journey I fell in love with the outer banks which to many I still call the most beautiful place in the world! The southern hospitality and strong sense of community made the outer banks the place my wife and I knew we wanted to raise our 3 children. In 2021 we moved to Tampa, Florida to attend bible school at River University receiving an associates in ministry with a study focus on government while working in the broadcast department where I was helping broadcast our network to over 1.5 billion homes all over the world.

After finishing bible school our road back north brought us back to live out our dream in the outer banks. What attracted me most to real estate is like ministry is the consistent helpful interaction and meeting the needs of people.

As a Client Support Specialist with Colony Realty, I'm looking forward to the opportunity to contribute and be a part of the amazing culture here. Over the years I've spent many times on the beach envisioning my own dream home here on the outer banks and it's my privilege and honor to help others find the home of their dreams!

In my free time you can find me spending time with my family, fishing, and being involved in ministry outreach.
