Cynthia Downing

Cynthia was drawn to the Outer Banks of North Carolina from the time she spent working here during the summer while in college. After graduating with a degree in hospitality from Radford University, she cultivated a background in property management, new construction, and real estate sales in Richmond, Va.

In 1998, Cynthia moved to where her heart led her to the Outer Banks of North Carolina to raise my family. During this time, she spent 20+ years in the real estate vacation rental industry serving in various capacities in property management for clients, guests, staff, and vendors. She has a proven ability as a versatile strategist recognized for having strong organizational skills, exceptional project management abilities and superlative vision translating objectives into actionable plans. Since 2019, providing exemplary service to Buyers and Sellers so they may achieve their real estate goals serving in a support role to our Team Agents has become her primary focus.

Cynthia loves where she lives, spending time on the beach, gardening and enjoying all our area has to offer. Cynthia also serves the community as a Diplomat for the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce advocating support to local member businesses. She serves her church as a sermon slides technician and other volunteer positions throughout the year.
