Originally from the picturesque Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Tricia Watson is a graduate of Greensboro College, where she earned her degree in Biology. She brings a strong background in national marketing and corporate sales, which led her to the Outer Banks—where she not only discovered the beauty of Hatteras Island, but also met her future husband, Zack. Over 15 years ago, Tricia made the decision to plant roots on Hatteras Island, and it’s been home ever since.
In addition to her corporate background, Tricia has over three years of experience in local property management marketing, giving her a well-rounded perspective of the real estate landscape. Her passion lies in helping clients navigate every step of the buying or selling process—whether it’s finding a forever home, securing a smart investment property, or preparing a home to sell.

Outside of real estate, Tricia is an avid animal lover and a competitive Endurance Rider with the American Endurance Ride Conference (AERC). You’ll often find her riding her Arabian horse, Kashmir, for miles along the Cape Hatteras National Seashore or enjoying the island lifestyle with Zack, cooking and entertaining friends and family.
